組織競爭的本質是人才競爭,一個組織擁有多少符合組織戰略需要的人才,是其在競爭過程中的重要考量因素。               
在這個數字化的時代,組織普遍追求一種高效、快捷且能夠被準確認知的盤點過程。鑒於這種需求,章森老師提出了一種數字化人才盤點和建模的方法論,簡稱 “APP” 方法論,即通過 A(測評)、P(績效與評價)、P(人口信息)的三維數據結構,來高效、精準地洞察組織的人才現狀、人才規律、人才標準以及目標人才的分布。通過與肯耐珂薩數字化人才盤點係統(KTR)的結合,讓人才盤點在組織中輕巧落地。
